Going on foot or by bicycle is a way to keep in shape, to relax and regenerate psychologically, to get to know the area better, to be in company, to move without polluting in a low-cost way, to experience new and fulfilling emotions. These are 14 easy itineraries and for everyone in an intensely inhabited but still very pleasant territory, especially if crossed and seen from a different perspective from what we are used to, generally passing by car or taken from the daily frenzy.<\/p>\n<p>It is the territory of the belt straddling the plain and the hill, between the Panaro and the Secchia in the Municipalities of Savignano, Spilamberto, Vignola, Marano, Castelvetro, Castelnuovo Rangone, Formigine, Maranello, Fiorano, and Sassuolo. It is a land of cherry trees, Lambrusco, Balsamico, hills, streams, castles, and much more, in short, a land of excellence &#8230; but also of simply peaceful and pleasant places. By following these itineraries you can appreciate different aspects of the territory such as the beauty of the places and the landscapes, the tranquility of the countryside, the banks of the rivers, the squares of the historic centers, the museums and appreciate the good products of the land and local gastronomy.
