Thanks to a rather fertile and generous land, Zanasi winery offers wines from the past times, in which authenticity and simplicity still prevail. This wines recall the flavour of a country picnic, of home-made bread, salami and farm cheeses. A good wine vintage is determined by simple and natural elements such as the sun, the rain and the snow, as well as the personal ambition of the owner, who aims to improve the quality of his vineyard. The lands that constitute the company are located in the nearby of Modena, in the plains but especially on the hills of Castelvetro, famous for Lambrusco Grasparossa. The vineyards also include Lambrusco di Sorbara, Pignoletto, Trebbiano di Castelvetro and local Prosecco: all grapes cultivated at the company's vineyard. According to tradition, Zanasi’s wines are the result of the growing of those wine grapes and the constant control of the entire production cycle, from the vineyard to the bottle. The winery is equipped with the most technologically advanced systems, used to produce sparkling wines through a cold maceration process, in order to obtain a wine that enhances all the flavours and aromas of the grapes, along with the use of autoclaves for the “Charmat” method (that allows fermentation in barrels and no longer in bottles, for a perfect product, with no sediments at the bottom).
