Boni farm was born in the first green hills of Modena, surrounded by orchards and vineyards. In the shadow of the tower of Castelvetro, Romano Boni devotes himself to the creation of the most unique and local products, taking the course begun by his grandfather Arturo. He continues the farm's project with the enthusiasm of the new generation, respecting the traditional ancient arts in a modern and complete structure.

It is possible to experience a guided tour to the vinegar cellar and to the agriculture followed by a tasting and happy hour with Parmigiano Reggiano with Balsamic Vinegar drops, grissino and a glass of Lambrusco.
The tour is free.
