Santa Chiara

Santa Chiara is a small and cosy agritourism that offers 25 table-settings and the possibility of reliving old tastes and traditions thanks to its typical dishes, all made with natural products and served in a familiar and pleasant atmosphere.
The agritourism only uses natural ingredients that come directly from the farm: eggs and chicken meat, vegetables from the vegetable garden and homemade vinegars and liquors.

Not only natural foods, but also renewable energy is used in this farm: there are several solar panels to provide heating and electric power to the whole agritourism, in the full respect of the environment.

In summer, it is possible to dine outdoor in the terrace to enjoy the beautiful landscape of the hills of Castelvetro di Modena.

The menu of the day may vary every week and it is mainly composed of calzagatti (fried dough of beans and cornmeal mush), polenta (cornmeal mush), fresh pasta, pasta with beans, tigelle (local dough matched with cured meat), gnocco fritto (local fried dough), grilled meat and many other homemade specialities.
